This is a drawing (Detail), I did on a large 6 feet sq. canvas.  I had in mind a panoramic view of the world, with all manner of people and entities swirling around a central axis.  Like all well laid plans of mice and men, the composition of the painting changed during its execution; it is always important to remain open to new possibilities, and be prepared to make changes, even destructive changes, so as to arrive at a new equilibrium, and, perhaps, surprise oneself at the end result.
